NGO: Our Fund Raising Campaign Needs Your Helping Hand

Campaign Introduction

The Center for Research and Development Hong Kong (CDR-HK) is an Independent Non-Profit Organization, Dedicated to the sharing of Open Data with Fellow Scholars, the Public and Research Institutions. We are not Privately Funded and Rely on Public donations to Sponsor our Range of Research Studies.

Campaign Objective

The CRD-HK has shortlisted and Committed Several Research projects for 2018-2019 in Partnership with local Universities. With your Generous Help and Support, we can Start to Fund 2 Research projects on;

• Child Health
• ICT in Education

Campaign Fund Usage

All Funds Received and Raised under our campaign will be used to support first-time operational costs of only three months, including legal and accounting services and professional services, to start the process of project submission to the Government.

Funds raised under this campaign will be audited by an independent accountant. All income and expenses will be published via our website www.crd-hk.org to ensure transparency and proper usage of funds.

Note: Offline funding was received of 500,000 HK$ from various sources which covered the first 8 months of our research work.

Campaign Direction

We target to raise 100,000HK$ at this stage of the campaign. When the funds reach the 50,000HK$ mark, we will begin to submit our Research work to the Government for Independent Research Funding. Regular report will be made to the public on campaign progress and financial status.
