New Moon Yoga and Coaching Services: Empowering Women in Transition

New Moon Yoga and Coaching Services is a non profit that supports women recently incarcerated, integrate back into the community. We provide a Yoga Teacher Certification Program as well as Life Coaching services to women reentering their communities. Our evidence-based approach not only provides a skill and certificate to assist women in finding employment. It also provides the opportunity for employment at our facility once they have completed the Registered Yoga Instructor Certification. This course provides our students with the skills needed to teach others how to become yoga instructors. While in our program students are provided with Life Coaching services through our Certified Life Coaches. These sessions are goal oriented and provide support and structure to our students.
