Hybrid Bar

Greetings friend.

I'm reaching out here to open a new hybrid bar in Latvia, Liepāja called Biezenis (trans. eng. Mash)

The idea behind this establishment is to make room for artists, free minded people, students, no matter of the views of a person. It would offer people a new place in this city where to have a pleasant time, show off their own skills on stage for free, commune with other people, share experiences and simply relax. This town lacks such places.

Hybrid-Bar?

The concept is to make a friendly bar at day, with stand up shows, even play's in which you can participate yourself, spots for relaxing, wallet friendly beverages, food. And over the night the bar turns 180' degrees to the other side and releases the impression of a club, as if the whole design would change. (The feel of the atmosphere in colors, furniture, walls are now clear to the audience on which you can see graffiti art, created by artists) There people such as dj's, music bands, free-lancers and others can show what they can do, to gain popularity - which is very hard to gain these days. The plan is to support fresh artists.

Some 3D pictures were rendered to help understand the approximate concept behind the bar in visual 3d, to better understand, although the design twists and changes over time, as new ideas come forward.

I request your help.

The funds would help to start this up, which includes rent for the premise, furniture, decoration, refitting of the rooms, all the equipment for the bar to run. Tough we try to be eco-friendly, a lot of the furniture will be created from old pallets fitted with mattresses and such. Other things that are made from wood, for example stalls, chairs and such will be created by hand, done by other artists who are willing to help.
