Trying to visit my Great Aunt

Hello, I'm Francisco

I am currently an engineering student, I graduated from school 4 years ago, and since then an paternal aunt thinks to give me a round trip flight whenever and wherever i want as graduation gift, so i decided to get this offer in this winter, flying to New York with the purpose to visit my great aunt that for medical reasons cannot come back to Colombia again, furthermore I have not seen her for almost 8 long years and sadly I think this is one of last chances I can have to see her.

In spite of having the gift of the tickets, my passport it's expired, and currently my parents are incurring in college expenses that impede them to help me with the traveling cost. For last months i have saved some money to this event, but unfortunately is not enough to reach my goal.

I know this is not really a necessity and that there is people that would need much more than me in really more important stuffs, but it's a wish i would like to fulfill.
