New York Dream for my Partner

Hi everyone,

I am desperately trying to raise money for a dream trip to New York for my partner. She suffers with Epilepsy which can be very difficult to deal with especially with very poor services for people with neurological conditions.

Due to her health she cannot work so it is up to me to look after her which means I cannot work either. I rely on benefits to help which is not much. She is unable to drive so I have to drive her to all appointments etc. I probably spend more on petrol than anything else.

We got married 5 years ago and she told me after, that since she was 15 she has wanted to go to New York. It is her dream holiday and it devastates me that I cannot afford to take her. She says she'd like to go for her 30th birthday, with her being 29 now I just can't do it for her.

I am kindly asking for any donations to help me accomplish this for my beautiful wife who definitely deserves her dream holiday.
