New York Dream for my partner with epilepsy

Hi everyone,

My partner suffers with epilepsy, she has terrible grand mal seizures. She struggles everyday and as a result so do I. I am her carer and we have to rely on government handouts as she cannot work and neither can I. This money is 'enough to live on' but with the cost of driving to appointments etc (she is not allowed to drive) I spend an awful lot on petrol. Life for us can be very difficult and there is not enough service and support for people with mental health problems or neurological conditions.

We got married 5 years ago and the day after the wedding she told me she has always wanted to go to New York, she had the biggest smile on her face just talking about it. It devastates me that I cannot afford to take her and I am kindly asking for any help you can give me in trying to make her dream a reality. My beautiful brave wife truly deserves it
