On October 21, 2019, a viral video of a man being beaten up inside an E-jeepney was shown on TV 5's Raffy Tulfo in Action, the said video became viral because apparently, the man was being accused of physically harassing a woman named, Dimple Morcillo or Alyas Linda. As she got down of the e-jeepney, she called for her male friends and as they stopped over, they beated-up an old and tired jeepney driver, who just got out of work, named Alex Gutal. Tatay Alex, as he is called, was standing inside the e-jeepney at the side of a young lady, as there were seats available. He got outbalanced as the e-jeepney suddenly moved which caused him to push forward just right in front of Linda. With no physical contact whatsoever, Linda claimed she was harrassed, hence, leading her to call some friends and have them hop on the e-jeepney and beat Tatay Alex up. After which, tatay Alex, was then taken to the Barangay in the hopes of having the matter settled properly, however, when he got there, things got worse and instead he got beaten up again by the Father and Brother of Linda.

Everything would have been validated, not until the son of Tatay Alex, Christian, came in the Barangay and asked his father for the real details of the story. Claiming that if his father did it, then he will let him suffer the consequences of his actions. Tatay Alex admitted that he did not do anything at all--this then forced Christian to fight for his father by acquiring a copy of the CCTV in the E-jeepney. Upon receiving the copy, the tables were turned and all of Linda's accusations were suddenly proven to be all lies.

Tatay Alex was then brought in for interview at TV 5 and later on everything was revealed. He suffered a lot of injury and trauma on his body and will not be able to work for a while.

I met Tatay Alex on October 22, 2019 at the office of our company Ultra Pro-active Marketing Incorporated. As I saw him, I felt nothing but pity and compassion. Luckily, our CEO, Atty. Fred Villamor together with Mr. Raffy Tulfo, offered him legal assistance for free and at the same time give him a business as well.

As of the moment, our team is continuously helping Christian in starting up their new family business.

As I was working with him, he mentioned that his true wish for his father, was to be able to have his own car so he can stop working as a jeepney driver for another company. Which made me decide to go the extra mile and help Tatay Alex to raise funds so he won't have to drive a jeepney anymore. I posted a vlog about our first encounter and Tatay's new life after the incident and a lot of netizens were inquiring on how they can help donate and support Tatay Alex and Christian apart from their business. Hence, leading me to making their own crowdfunding.

I am hoping that with your kind heart, we will able to not just give Tatay Alex the justice he deserves but may be we able to give him and his family a better future.

Thank you for your support. May God bless you all.
