Teeth for Susana

I am Sergio and I am helping my girfriend , Susana , on this campaign by this doing translation. This is her situation and it is far away from aesthetics:

"I am spanish and I live in Madrid, I am 49 year old. I have a difficult and unresting situation with my teeth. Let me tell you my story briefly. When I was 22 years old I had a terrible car accident in which I resulted thrown against the windshield what caused me a 3-month recovery in hospital because I needed to have recustructed the nose, cheekbones fracture and the frontal upper maxilar chewing bone including 6 foremost teeth. As you can imagine my life changed after it and overcoming such event took me years. At that moment car insurance covered all the expenses.

Recently I have been detected a caries above one of the implants and with so nightmares came back again. Dentists diagnosed me that I need to have the full maxilar bone implant exchanged as time has deteriorated it and of course because more caries have to be treated but the implant makes them inaccesible and also, in very short time, this implant will loose out and I will be exposed without upper dentition and also I will be unable to chew or to even say a single Word. Dentists say they will be able to assess the real cost until they remove the implant.

Due to Spain difficult economic situation, Spanish health care does not cover my case as in many other countries dental assistance is restricted to teeth extraction and emergencies. The treatment I need is directed to private dental assistance which increases considerably the cost. Also due to my age I do not get a job since 2013 so I live on 400€ unemployement aid from Government. In addition, I have a 17-year-old Young boy that demands all my economic support so then I survive with help from Charity, friends and relatives".

You may think that the amount we need to raise is too much but consider that each new implant costs between 500€ - 600€ , plus caries treatment, maxilar bone bridge (below the nose) to support the new teeth. So this money is just a part of what may be required.
