New Scottish Pipe Band in Bulgaria

We are trying to raise money to outfit a new Bulgarian-Scottish pipe band with uniforms and instruments. Bulgarians do not earn much compared to other EU countries so as you can imagine even £20 for a good practice chanter is a lot of money never mind $400 for set of bagpipes or £300 for a uniform.

We desperately need instruments and uniforms for our pipers and drummers. Can you help? the idea of this band is a first for eastern Europe and has caused a stir throughout NW Bulgaria, and we really really need your help.
