New Scooter for Granddad

Hello everyone. I've started this funding campaign for my granddad. He's 64 years old and he loves scooters. My granddad doesn't have a car license, so he relies on his scooter to get him around.He was recently hit by a car, that came out of a corner, on to a priority road, where my granddad was riding - on his way home.His shoulders are broken and his scooter was destroyed in the crash, I'm am ever grateful that other people stepped in and helped him, so not to sustain more (severe) injuries.I'm 17 and I would do anything for my granddad. My dad is in Her Majesty's Royal Army, so he isn't around a lot, and that's where my granddad comes in. He's always been there when I needed him, and he taught me how to ride.I really want to help him out and get him a new scooter, an X-EVO 125 Sport, with new clothing; jacket, trousers, helmet and boots - Which costs around 6000GBP, due to his large clothes sizes and extra protective layers cost extra.I've never been able to repay my granddad for anything, and this would be the ultimate chance. With a new scooter, me and my granddad can ride together again, and enjoy the road. I can only thank everyone who helps me out so much, and hope that people realize how much of a pressing matter this is for me.Thank you so much in advance, for helping me make my granddad happy again!
