New Lure Attraction Design

Hello,  My name is Danny, I am here looking for a sports production company to help me take my idea to the next level. maybe somebody to help me on the right track? I have been tweaking this lure for a while and am now happy with the design to try and take it to the next phase.....  only thing is i do not have much knowledge on how to go about contacting a manufacturer without the fort of getting the idea patented before hand. I would love to patent this idea and put it into production myself but i just don't have the money to cover the design in the countries that use lure fishing as there primary fishing. I have been designing this product on my own, and have been working closely with a model producer to help with design pictures / templates, so nobody has a clue on how this works. I have pictures, diagrams, and a write ups all available and printed off ready to work with somebody willing to help me on my way.
