New life without pain and AVN

I am a 56 years old woman with Avascular Necrosis after a severe fracture of the right hip six years ago.I am still with three cannulated screws,with collapsed head of femour,4-5 cm shorter leg and in constant pain.Since 2011 I have been disabled and receiving 130 USD monthly.I am giving private lessons in Maths at home but I can`t save enough money for Total Hip Replacement.Unfortunately I lost all my family and have to manage alone.Two years I am waiting the Health insurance to cover  the THR surgery and some days ago they announced they had no money.My condition gets worse and even walking on crutches is very painful.I just can`t live any more in pain and I am in extreme need of help to cover the price of the hip prosthesis and the hospital stay.So I decided to create a fundraiser for myself here with the hope that some kindhearted people will be generous to help me.I`ll appreciate and be grateful to all of you!
