New life learning in Germany

My name is chase kuntzmann. I dont really know what I'm doing with my life. Im 20 year old guy and I've always wanted to travel and learn about everything that interests me. I grew in Tennessee and Oregon and have been living in Tacoma Washington for almost two years now. I'm a server at a restaurant, which I mostly enjoy but I don't want to do it forever. I'm making at best 25k a year. I excelled in subjects I was interested in in high school and just barely passed the rest. I did one class in community college but even that got expensive. I recently found out that Germany and several other countries have practically free tuition. I am asking for donations to pay for registration fees, food, transportation and all that when I get to Germany. I am currently learning German on Rosetta stone but will most likely take the classes in English (at first). I plan on getting a degree in electrical engineering at least. Depending on how things are going I would also like to get into physics, astrology and whatever else intrigues me. I looked up online that cost living will probably be around 10,000 euros a year for me, give or take for school supplies, text books, and such. I want to start 2016 but depending on my funds maybe 2017.
