New kidney for a new life

Greetings, I am Laarnie Rocabo, 39 years old. I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage V secondary to glomerulonephritis last year. I have undergone countless dialysis sessions after, unfortunately my condition did not improve, I would frequently develop fluid accumulation in both my feet, and sometimes I would find it hard to breathe as water accumulates in my lungs. On top of the countless medications I am currently taking, I'm very dependent on my dialysis to survive.

This pandemic made things worse, in addition with the fear of acquiring the disease, we struggled in searching for a hospital or dialysis facility that we can afford. I'm originally from Bicol but I'm currently here in Bulacan because of that. My family and I are currently on our financial limits, I have spent the allotted number of dialysis session shouldered by Philhealth. Still, I'm not getting better, in fact, my condition keeps on getting worse.

My Doctor advised that my only chance is for a kidney transplant. Unfortunately, it would cost a minimum of 500,000 to 700,000 pesos excluding the maintenance medications I would have to take after my surgery. I am humbly asking for your help, any amount would be very helpful. Please give me a chance to live another life.
