New Image FC

New Image FC is a new created team that seeks to develop and groom kids away from drug abuse and crime. We do this by engaging them in football, thus establishing unity and strength through sport. We focus in all aspect of a child’s well-being, from physical, emotional, to their spiritual well-being as well. We have successful stories within our belt, within the short span we have existed. New Image FC has up to 100 children on records as players, these kids range from the ages 11 years to 21 year old's. We have a Boys Teams and Girls Team. Our Boys Team cover these divisions: Under 11, 13, 15, 17 and Senior Team; and the Girls Team cover these divisions: Under 11, 13, 15, 17 and 1 female playing in the Boys Senior Team.

We once did a Fundraising effort that was slow, but yielded great results, as from that fund raising effort we managed to make R5000, that we managed to buy 2 new kits for the team. These kits we bought are for the senior team and the Under 17 boys unfortunately. Our girls are enthusiastic about football, and show a deep passion for the sport.

We are fundraising or asking for donation at this point for a number of reasons:

1. We come from various backgrounds, and because of that, some of our kids do not the luxury of wearing soccer shoes during the matches we play, they use their feet, and because of this, they get easily injured during matches.

2. All our girls divisions and the under 11 - 15 boys division do not have a kit, therefore we want to make sure that they are all sorted. Clubs from our area have a tendency of making a mockery of our kids due to them playing with their feet, they have to borrow each kits, we waist time during matches because of that exchanging of kits, our under 11 - 15 boys get mocked because the kit is too big for them, etc.

We kindly ask for your help, the desired amount mentioned here is not a concrete amount, we actually need more to make sure our needs are met (buying kits, buying soccer shoes, fixing our home ground field, B'B's, balls, first aid kit, etc)
