Hello to all, thanks for taking a bit of your time to read this petition. As most of you should know, the reality of my country, Venezuela, is currently having it's most precarious and dangerous period in a long time. Not only economically, but also humanitarian, all under a terrible political decisions, that has diminished young people from finding a promising future. Thanks to this situation, migration has had one of its biggest waves in our country, specially among young professionals, trying to find security and stability Venezuela can no longer provide to it's citizens.
I'm Eliezer Semprún, I'm 25 years old and thanks to the efforts of my single mother, -I had no paternal support whatsoever- I achieved to graduate from Industrial Ingeneering five years ago, and since then, I've worked in diverse areas in and out of my professional career; but the current crisis has not helped me neither financially nor in health, losing approximately 60 pounds in nine months, due to a lack of apropriate nutrition. I open this campaign asking for help not only of family and friends outside, but for everyone who reads my petition y want to help me achieve this goal, even if it's with a little, because that could help my cause so much. I know a lot would say "how are you different from other Venezuelan?" Or maybe they'll think they're far too many Venezuelans around. I'm a regular young man I'm not any different from other fellow venezuelan, and as many others, I want a chance to change my life for the better, and that can't be done in my country. Please, do not see my story like somebody else's. This could happen to your brother, sister, or even yourself. Such situations exceed citizenship and nationalities. Unfortunately some politicians fight for power and permanence instead of working for the people, and such is the case of my country. Don't forget to return a part of the blessings you receive everyday, by helping others acquire the same under such hard situations.
Thanks to the collaboration of a very dear person to me I have a little part, but the journey's just beginning. I look forward to building a future away from the harshness of this situation and to start this new life, I need a push from the people whom care about me and of them feeling sympathy for my desire to live in peace and help my family from abroad. God bless all, and thank you so much for whatever you could help me with.
