New Business Setup and Go

Starting my own business has always been my dream. Now our twins start school in September it would be the best opportunity I will have and gives us more freedom around the time we have to spend with them.

I have just started my business as a wedding planner. Advertising is underway, website is built, enquiries are starting to be received and even had one booking already. However, to commit to the business full time and give it the attention it needs, I need to cut down my hours at my current job (the aim is to quit completely and commit all my time to my business). Like most people, it is not possible to just 'quit' without another income. With weddings, planning is on average 12-18 months so income is not immediate either.

This crowdfunding is to help me through the first 12-18 months of low income to help my company succeed. I do not want to give up because I don't have the money. I did initially think of a business loan in case you were wondering but, without the company having an income, that was not possible.

Any support is really appreciated. I will make sure I keep this updated with progress to how the company is doing and also what the money is being spent on.
