New Beginnings Rescue Centre focuses on cases of extreme neglect and abuse. When we step in, a destiny will be changed. Hope are created. New life will begin!
Who remembers this puppy? Chained in the middle of nowhere, almost froze to death, hungry, sick and alone. Just look at him now! He has become a happy, healthy and handsome boy. All thanks to New Beginnings and our amazing supporters!!
