new beginnings

I am a single mom who has struggled to support my son since he was born, mostly on my own.  I tried going to college to better our circumstances, but unfortunately I was unable to finish because of health problems, and now I am drowning in debt.  I am planning a move in a couple of months.  It is a move that will give my son and I a fresh start, and our first place that won't come with room-mates in almost a decade.  However I need to come up with a down payment and money for furniture and appliances.  My son has ADHD and needs consistency and a calm environment.  All I want is to give him what he needs to succeed.  I can finally afford to give him a better home once we get past the hurdle of expense that it will take to get into the home.  The most important expense is of course the security deposit and first month rent, but any extra money would go to purchases like a washer and dryer and living room furniture.
