New Tablet

Currently, I cannot afford an artist's tablet. I've just recently turned 18, and cannot get my ID because I've lost my birth certificate. In order to get my birth certificate I need to order a new one. Which will be 80$ for a new one. I currently have no time for getting one. My family is constantly struggling with money issues so Christmas is a no go for anything but small things. I'm an artist. I've had an 80$ tablet for the past year or two. It's currently dying. The cord is breaking, and it crashes all the time. I wish to make art, and to draw pictures for people on time, instead of having them wait for days on end for me to upload for them.
I'd really like too keep my mom from suffering on her bills just because she needs to constantly buy everyone presents. I want to spare her from having to do that anymore. And if I ever do get this tablet, then I'll be able to start making money and help her pay bills.
