Neuteruing Eight Cats

I am helping to care for eight cats in need of a good home, they left and environment which was not ideal for them and while they seem in good health, they are in need of being neutered. Their monthly food and care bills are becoming very costly and while I can still mange those, I need help raising the funds to get these eight gentlemen fully ready for their forever homes.

I am trying to raise $1000 which covers a $75 spay, $40 pre-anesthesia blood work, to make sure the liver and kidneys are working properly $10 for any after surery pain medication for each cat. Any amount that might go over the $1000,  will go to any other medical treatments they might need, food and new toys.

I grew up in a home where the female cat continued to escape and get pregnant, leading my family to continual offer free kittens to other family members and friends. Having grown up with that, I truly feel guilty about the over population in pets to which that might have lead. I also want to help these male cats lead long, healthy lives and have been told by vets in the past the best way to do that is get them neutered.
