Recently 2 mama dogs in my area gave birth to litters of puppies. Before having babies these mamas were rarely seen and hid from people but as they become more hungry they venture out looking for some food for their family. Not all have made it due to lack of food and medical care. They are a very underweight, scared bunch of dogs who don’t yet trust humans.

I try my best to feed them daily and convince them to trust me so I am able to take them to be neutered and avoid them being the victims to having to nurse more babies. Feeding street dogs in large numbers isn’t easy! You have to be on your toes and stop fights from breaking out. These mamas are very protective and hungry so they growl to keep the other big dogs away from their families food. Hopefully when the babies are a little older and strong enough to be without their mothers for a night and they learn to trust me, I can take them for the operation.

Help me make neutering a daily occurrence and get a team to help with the catch, neutering and release of these timid dogs!

เมื่อไม่นานมานี้ แม่สุนัขสองตัวที่อยู่ใกล้บ้านของฉันได้ให้กำเนิดลูกสุนัขมาจำนวนหนึ่ง แต่ก่อนที่แม่สุนัขสองตัวนี้จะให้กำเนิดลูกสุนัขนั้น แทบไม่มีใครเคยเห็นมันและมันซ่อนตัวจากผู้คน แต่เพราะมีลูกจึงทำให้มันเริ่มหิว ทำให้มันต้องเริ่มหาอาหารเพื่อครอบครัวของมัน และไม่ใช่ลูกสุนัขทั้งหมดที่เกิดมาจะมีชีวิตรอดเพราะเนื่องจากไม่มีอาหารและขาดการดูแลรักษาพยาบาล ทำให้พวกมันน้ำหนักต่ำกว่ามาตรฐาน และหวาดกลัวสุนัขตัวอื่นๆ อีกทั้งยังไม่ไว้ใจมนุษย์

ฉันพยายามอย่างยิ่งที่จะให้อาหารมันทุกวันและจูงใจให้มันเชื่อใจฉันเพื่อที่ฉันจะสามารถดูแลมันได้และพามันไปทำหมัน อีกทั้งยังช่วยให้มัน ไม่ต้องเจ็บปวดจากการคลอดลูกอีก

ให้อาหารสุนัขจรจัดในจำนวนมากนั้นไม่ง่ายเลย!แม่สุนัขเหล่านี้หวงลูกมาก และหิวมาก ทำให้พวกมัน คอยขู่คำรามเพื่อที่จะให้สุนัขตัวอื่นถอยห่างออกไปจากอาหารของพวกมัน ได้แต่หวังว่าเมื่อลูกสุนัขเหล่านี้เติบโตขึ้นอีกหน่อย และแข็งแรงพอที่จะอยู่ได้โดยปราศจากแม่ของพวกมัน

แค่เพียงสักคืนหนึ่ง และพวกมันเชื่อใจฉัน ฉันก็จะสามารถพาพวกมันไปทำหมันได้
