The NET FIBRE


The NET (Network for Empowering Townships) Fibre solutions, story begins in the township of Mabopane, Pretoria back in 2019 after company founders, Odirile Mariri and Bruce Budeli begun the journey of ensuring digital adoption and inclusion in South Africa underserved communities.

NET Fibre Solutions, a licensed telecommunications company that seeks to empower communities and business through access to information.

NET-Fibre’s core purpose is ‘connecting communities’. The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) provide the best articulation of what ‘connected communities’ looks like, setting a clear long-term agenda to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all by 2030. NET-Fibre is committed to playing its role, as a private sector company, in the attainment of these goals, supporting governments, communities, businesses and individuals to build a better future. Through our core business of providing increased access to reliable and accessible data services, we are making an enormous contribution to national and global developmental objectives.

NET-Fibre has identified and prioritized the following eight Sustainable Development Goals;
