Neighbour in urgent need of help

Hi all. Im calling out for urgent help for the person next door. His name is Andreas, he is of elderly age. His wife passed out couple of years ago and hes got no one else left. Andreas lives in very very very bad conditions now. Hes got minimal income coming as government aid. The house he stays in is also provided by the government. However, the conditions he lives in are terrifying! The ceiling totally licking, the rain is pouring straight into the house. There is mold all over the place, no doors, most of the elecricity bulbs do not work. Hes got not even one table in the house. Forget about heating or a washing machine. Just a small chair he offers to whomever comes in to sit on. The man has as well the teeth in terrible state. Hes got almost none ( 2 left). The most hearbreaking is that from the last pieces of food he has left, hes sharing it with the cats from the streets. He says they are everything he has left in this life. Today i passed by and offered to come help with anything i can, even with some cleaning, get some laundy to my place or get some food from supermarket. You know what he said? Why would you help me? I dont have enough money to give you. He is a very proud person and a person who lost faith in kindness and humanity. I want to restore his faith! As such i set a goal to collect funds and help him get teeth implants so he an eat at least and if possible help him fix the roof. I cannot aford all this myself. So im crying out for help from anyone outhere for Andreas. My heart is crying everyday passing by his house on my way to work and seeing this nightmare he lives in all over again. Any help is appreciated.
