Needs Help!

I am writing this letter with great hope in mind. My wife, Samantha, has been diagnosed with advanced stage cancer in her right arm. The physicians have informed me that he is in advanced stage of his surgical treatment. I have heard a lot about this Help Foundation from physicians and other staff at City Hospital and would like your help.

I'm desperate for financial help. I have tried all possible sources to finance the surgery, but ten thousand dollars is out of the reach of a school teacher like me.
