Needing Electricity for New Home

We are a family of five and will be a family of six in October. We bought our first house and we have had more expenses than anticipated. We have improved our well, down payment, surveying, appraisel, and septic system All of these were more than budgeted or expected. Now Pedernales Electric Coop requires $5,300.00 just to run the wires. Adding the cost of copper wiring, conduit, breaker boxes and such is adding up drastically.
