Needed home for a family

Hello, 

     I am James and I am trying to raise money to be able to move my family from a house that we are renting to a home we would own. we are in a house that the owners still owe money on and are upside down in. What they are charging for rent and what we can afford does not cover the cost of the mortgage. I have found a place that is only fifty thousand in the east bay area of california. It is a manufactured home so there will be an hoa monthly payment but it would be less the 700 a month. The place we are looking at we are looking at is perfact for us. it is a 2 bd 2 bath manufactured home with new appliences. I am not the type to normaly ask for help with things like this but at this point in time we are a single income family while we are able to pay all of our bills we have hardly anything after that making saving money for anything extreamly difficult. If we are able to get in to this place it would make life a lot easyer. even if we can only get enuff to have a good down payment and pay for the move. It would make finances easyer on us, and allow for us to save money and even be able to payforward a little a year or so from now.
