Needed funds to immigrate from my destroyed country

Hello Everybody

My name is Hisham and i am from Syria and as every one knows my country has been in state of war since 2011 i am planning to immigrate to another country so i can provide and secure better future for my family and especially for my 2 and half years old kid but the issue is the fund required for this step, i am planning to go to Canada as one of my relatives is a Canadian citizen and he advised me of going there, so after checking all the information i need to start my profile on Express Entry i found out i need 3 things (Ielts, ECA and Proof of funds) which together amounts to around $17,000 USD and i f you add the visa fees and medical fees and the transportation fees as i will have to go to neighboring countries like Lebanon or Jordan to proceed it will amount to around $25,000 USD.

My salary now is around $200 - $250 depending on the fast fluctuating exchange rate, the salary goes as follows $150 for house rent and the rest is for our needs and as you can guess the remaining is barely enough to get by the month and most of the time i will have to borrow money.

I have good language and have very good experience that is why i believe i can make a living outside my country but my issue is the first step which getting the funds to immigrate.

I appreciate all the help you can provide, and when i get the funds required i am planning to make youtube videos documenting my journey to Canada.
