Need Urgent Donations For Saving The Ultimate Poor And Hungry People Who Led Their Life And Livelihoods By Hawking On The Rail, Footpath And Streets Etc. Places.

HI, I am Anima das (a volunteer member of BHARAT SWASTI SANGA ,a non profit volunteer organization) writing from India. One day Mrittunjoy Sarkar, a familiar railway hawker of mine of Sealdah-Bangaon line of Eastern Railway called me and asked for helping describing his miserable conditions. I consoled him and felling responsibilities on CRISIS RESPONSE thought that like Mrittunjoy Many people of India maintained their livelihoods by working as a hawker in the train or as a stall-keeper on the railway station depending on the railway services. The hawkers like others got a great chance to make some small kind of business opportunity with little capital throughout the year. Therefore, rail and railway station played an important role in their day to day life, not only for income generation but also to maintain their livelihoods pattern in different way. Their average capital of this business is 1000-2000 Indian rupees. But for CORONA VIRUS, for not running trains for more than over three months from March to running June they have no income. Moreover they have lost their own little amount of capital. The conditions of the streets and footpath hawkers are same. They are also in pathetic and crisis moment. Among them the pregnant and lactation mother maintaining families situation is beyond to description. In this circumstances, the vulnerable people (hawkers) need urgent donations for buying foods, medicine, others family emergencies commodities and managing business-capital for sustaining their livelihoods because they are helpless and even few are homeless losing their capital and savings and for COVID-19 and Cyclone Amphan, one of the worst storms to have formed over the Bay of Bengal in recent years. Now they are quite unable to raise fund.
