Need treatment of a poor girl

first thanks to visiting our heart break campaign

a girl of our village age around 20 years but she looks like a little baby like 5-6 year old

she has been suffering growth Hormone from her childhood , her family can't bear his treatment cost and her mother's said me a heart break history of her life . Doctors refer her to India or Singapore for better tritment but she born in a very poor family so her family can't do her proper treatment for lake of money.

for her treatment total cost will be around $12000 USD

so I decided and promises her mother I will manage the fund from online donate site and all of her document are bellow in attested. hope you will donate fund for his treatment
