Need to shrink my payments

Hi everyone out there.

I have been unemployed for 3 years. Before that, I worked for 6 years. Today I am looking for jobs right and left. Without finding anything.

My life was good before. Now I struggle to keep the money for the whole month.

I get about 8-9k in Swedish crowns. Roughly 946 euro from the Social Insurance Agency.

Social services do not give me any money at all. The money I get from Social Insurance Office will suffice. Because social service standards.

Only 4492 Swedish crowns goes to the rent (472 euros). Then there is electricity, internet, home insurance etc. etc. When all is paid, it is the sum total of about 6,500 Swedish crowns. (683 euros) So there is not much left to live on.

With the help of you out there in the world. I can pay about a month rent. or reduce a payment. So I have more money, for food and other important things. So maybe I do not have zero money in the account at the end of the month.
