need to raise money for shoulder surgery

Hello my name is Erick Flores ,I am a line cook with 15 years under my belt, I am 36 years old I'm in a relationship with two kids who aren't my own but I'm raising them and my girlfriend as my own ,whom I also care for , I was the only line of income and I got injured , now all the money i had saved has virtually run out and I am in deep dire straits , I had a dislocation of my shoulder on the 24th of december 2016 of my left shoulder and 3 weeks ago now my right shoulder has also dislocated ,due to an assault on my brother who i was defending on the streets of bronx ,ny , so now I'm really in a bind here ,I don't know what else to do ,I'm so depressed and feel hopeless , I can't get help from anyone and this is really the only chance I've got is to ask for help , for my family and for me so I can get better and work again to help my family , please if anybody can find it in their hearts to help me with whatever they can I would really appreciate this , I don't want to fail my family and I might loose it all if I don't get back on my feet again, I owe two months rent do to not working and my medical bills are piling up and my insurance only covers half of the surgery , its a bankart lesion surgery for my shoulder , so I ask the world out there , please help me cause this really an emergency and it has taken everything from me to ask for help , but i needed it and i needed now , please if you can help i would really appreciated ,thank you very much .
