Best friend has stage 3 lung cancer

Back in feb 2018 I was in a car accident and was injured , in the crash when the airbag deployed my arm was broken. Since then I have had to have 4 surgeries due to the first two doctors being negligent, as well as major bone infection, hardware failure and nonunion bone. My bone hasn’t healed at all since the accident , I have had several bone grafts , used a bone stimulator, and even had three different types of hardware put in. My bone went stagnent last year and it had to be scraped out until there was fresh bone and the bone graft was done with tissue from a donor. Currently turns out my bone is still broken and I have need possibly two more surgeries. Only problem is I can’t even get an appointment due to an unpaid bill From the first doctor I ever saw for my arm in 2018. They won’t give me the light of day until it is paid in full, no payment plans no partial payments , in full. I haven’t worked since 201& due to this injury my job had to let me go because due to my position and profession as a caregiver for the elderly they could not offer me the modified work required by my restrictions. I used up my disability in four months , I cannot get unemployment , my family can’t help, I’m lost. Every day that goes by the more pain I have and the mire at risk I am for a major infection and possibly sepsis . I have no idea how long it would be to see about getting this handled by my insurance if they even can go back and do it. Frankly I don’t have that kind of time. So I’m hoping anyone can help.
