Need to move out ASAP

I live with my parents atm but really need to move out ASAP, I suffer with depression, Anxiety, Bulimia, Emotional Dysregulation and Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder and living at home is making these worse, I am constantly told I am fat and constantly verbally abused by my sister, it would mean the world to me if you could help, it would help improve my mental state, I have history of Self Harm and Suicide attempts and am worried that if I can't move out my mental state will deteriorate to that point again.
