Need to get grandma back to the US

My grandmother was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and was undetected until it was too late. Her doctors did not know how long she had left. Shortly after her doctors mentioned that the tumor had metastasised to her brain, paralyzing her right side of her face.

During the treatments with her doctors in the United States where she resides, the doctors gave her the okay for a short travel to come to Dubai to see us. Shortly after the rest of the family left and she was with her daughter, she fell gravely ill and was rushed to the ICU in Iranian Hospital where was the place she was in ward.

She has been there for about 40 days and every day the bills were racking up and it is putting a lot of financial pressure on us as her immediate family. We were trying to secure a way with emirates and Dnata to help us safely take her back to the United States to be with her doctors and have her insurance cover the rest of the treatments, this entire process costs 20,000 USD and the hospital bills were estimated to be around 50,000 USD.

Any help from the international and national community would be helpful as we try and save my grandmothers life. She has been the one to raise the entire family from start till now. She will always be preserved no matter what but we don't want her to go so soon.

Lots of thanks & appreciation for all helps and support till this moment which helped us to clear some part of payments but although we tried to negotiate with hospital for bringing down our liabilities , still we need to clear the rest of the balance of 70,000 AED to hospital along with 90,000 cost of Air Ambulance .
