Need to buy a house

Hi All. I am a single mom with a 9 year old daughter. We live in Johannesburg, South Africa. I have been divorced for about 6 years and we have moved at least 4 times since then. We found this little home about 2 and a half years ago. Unfortunately last week I was told by the landlord they want to sell. I took most of the debt in my divorce and can't get a loan to buy this place. They gave me till December to get the money to buy the place or we will have to move again. I have a stable job and work from home, if I could get a loan I would've put in the offer immediately. It will mean the world if there is anyone out there that are willing to help us buy this home. We have been stable the last few years and love this place so much!! I want to thank you guys in advance that are willing to help or even reading our story!! PS it's a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom place.
