Need surgery as soon as possible

I am Mariss Ciocon. I am 14 years old and i am a girl. I live in Bacolod City in Negros Occidental. I am suffering from scoliosis disease and the doctor said that i should take a surgery as soon as possible because the curve of my backbone is already in 68 degree. We really can't afford the money that the surgery may cost. I really really badly need your help please. I really wish that you can and will hear me out.
