Need renderfarm for 3d animation

Hello myself Karia Kishan a student cum 3D artist, belong to middle class family from India.

I want to be a freelancer 3d artist but don't have good spec computer system and due to lack of funds i cannot afford high quality things.I researched about some of the cheapest renderfarm that i can afford and i found one- 'IKEA DIY-Helmer Renderfarm setup'.
