Need reliable car for New born on the way.

My fiance' and I have a truck its old a 1999 ford F 150 and we been keeping it a float for the past year and now we have a child on the way. I wanted to make money driving with Uber and Lyft but because its not a 4 door and doesn't meet the requirements not only in age but in maintenance and look as well it will not suffice. Now we are looking for well hand outs, "donations" we wish we didn't have to at all but we really need help and we are asking for money to help get a brand new car without payments. We want to have one of us driving as much as we can after work to make money to support are kidthat is on the way. We both grew up with not much my parents both passed away when I was 11. An she hasn't heard from her family in years. We are on are own maybe saving 200 after bills between us each month but we fear that if we don't get something soon to make money we might have to have an abortion of the child because we can not provide for it. So we are looking for help to raise money for are cause. Please if anything will help anything at all. Even if only able to Raise $5000 that would be a huge help least into looking into a car that should be reliable and able to use to make money with. As well If and when we do get the money and a car soon after we want to make a facebook of sorts and upload all the people we pick up each day or a few of the people each day to show to the world that we are doing are best with what was given to us and see all the good that came from it.
