Need new PC for courses

Hi all a bit about my situation

I am in High-tech and I lost my job in March 2019, and my PC is now failing.

I bought this laptop back in 2014 and now it is on its last legs, I have done all the maintenance, fixes and workarounds possible to keep it running but it doesn't have much longer to survive.

I depend on this PC for my online Courses and video job interviews.

the computer i need to either build or buy needs to be able to handle the virtualization required for my courses
