Need money to start my first small technology business

Hi there, I am a 16-year-old scholar who has recently been fascinated in the construction of pc's. Recently I have taken my old pre-build pc apart, and put it back together, and it had worked. I then realized that I now knew how to build pc's. I have wanted to turn this into a business idea with a website and all, but the problem is that no-one will take my word if I have not build a pc from scratch, and I don't have the money to fund it. Please help me raise enough money to start my business, and build a pc. Here is a short video of me re-building my old pc. Please note that this video is very badly recorded, as i don't have professional recording equipment.
