my mom's dog chili has just been through a huge operation. It was planned that she would give birth at home but unfortunately she could not give birth naturally. so we rushed to the vet for a caesarean section the vet said she could see there were five heads after two and a half hours of surgery, caesarean section succeeds so we were all happy. but the first puppy was dead before it came out And number two died right after number three fought all they could for life we did everything we could it got oxygen and heat unfortunately it died later that night so out of 5, only 2 survived and Chile itself now my mother stands with a bill of $ 18,871 which is equivalent to $ 2,840.78 which she cannot pay therefore we need your help
