Need money for new desktop setup

I need this money to get a new setup for my studies and school work. Besides that I really want to pick up coding such as C++, java, , python and many more. Furthermore, I really want to getting into animation, game development, digital illustration, video production and much more. And lastly I want to try play some video games with my friend.

I know your will be asking if I currently have a computer. Yes I do but is a laptop that is about 10 years old that cant ran csgo(a game) properly at the lowest setting.

Your might ask me why not get a job. I tried to, but got to afraid to go to work again due to my almost everyday anxiety and depression attacks. Besides that, I am a teenager( not the best excuse) but is really difficult for me still as I aslo have small health difficulties such as dyslexia, week body and immune system, anxiety and depression. Your could say that I can try to overcome my anxiety and depression, but did try but I think I made it worst.

Besides all that, your could say that I can ask my parents. But they are kinda strict and doesn't like to buy me things that is too expensive.
