need money for higher education(post doc)

My sister, Dr H. Leishem sharma from India, has completed her ph.d from Assam university, silchar in this year, 2018. She is highly interested to continue her higher study (post doc.) but as our financial condition is unable to bear the expanse of the course due to limited income, so she needs external financial help so that she can be self reliant.
