Need little help for my education

Hi

I got admission for my Masters in a University but due to collateral and finances issue , I am not getting loan beyond my education fee. I need 2-3 lac i.e. around 4500 dollars for my initial expenses. I will be working their part time and so will be able to manage expenses later on. If you can help me in fulfilling my dream, I will be very thankful to you all otherwise like many other women. I may have to scrap my dream and end up like a usual dependent life.
