Need laptop for College & Video Editing Projects

Hello everyone! I really wish I could afford a laptop for college but sadly I couldn't and my allowance is barely enough for me to sustain my needs & since family my is having financial struggles I couldn't really ask for that much. It's really a hassle borrowing a laptop from a friend or uncle/aunt whenever given a project/assignment to compile. I usually do video editing projects & stuffs which the laptop I borrow couldn't even handle PS premiere. All funds that I'll receive through this will really help me a lot with my struggles. :)
