I need a Kidney Transplant and help with Medical Expenses

After battling for 24 years since I almost lost my life in a horrific accident, I have been through over 40 operations & procedures and continue to need additional procedures. Most recently iI have had to have surgery to amputate my right leg. Post surgery, I was diagnosed with renal kidney failure. Recently, I am in the process of being added to the National registry of Kidney transplant recipients. Presently my kidney functions are controlled via meds., and treatments. In addition I continue to receive injections in my neck and lower back to control pain, and allow me to move about as well as possible, but can no longer afford to continue with these treatments. I require additional surgeries, to my neck, back & left shoulder. My medical needs are straining my family's resources & has added high levels of stress to my marriage. I am out of options at this point. I struggle with all of this as It was caused by a careless young lady who never even offered or has shown any remorse for all the effects to my family she has caused. My faith in God has given me the strength to endure all I have had to. People will tell you I hardly ever complain about pain or how I feel. I thank God each and every day that I awaken for the opportunity to live one more day. I know that there are so many others who face challenges far worse than I do daily. I am reaching out to others who are faced with their own challenges and need to talk to someone who has been through similar circumstances and understands what they face daily. I am always up beat and project a positive outlook regardless of how I feel daily. If I can help others to adjust and accept what has affected their lives than I am doing Gods work as he guides me and fulfilling my purpose in life. This I believe is why I survived that horrible accident. Now I am reaching out to others whom might be in a position to help me continue with my medical treatments which I no longer afford and wait to see if I will survive the wait for a new Kidney which is presently about 8 years.
