Please Help Tommy

I am asking for help to have the poor cat that I just rescued off the street get checked and treated by a veterinarian. I named him Tommy and he's been living with me for a few days now. He's been eating and drinking well but he seems weak and I've also noticed that there is blood in his urine which I suspected to be a urinary tract disease but it is best to consult a professional to have him properly assessed and treated. I am not in a good financial state as I am only a student living in a third world country with no job and I don't have the financial means to go to a veterinarian to have him checked. I really would appreciate some help and assistance to have him diagnosed and get treated.

I've been looking for an adopter or someone who could foster and take him to the vet but they always back down everytime I tell them he's sick. I am left with no choice but to take care of this poor cat because I don't want him to suffer on the street all by himself.
