Need Help With My Underbite Surgery

Hello everyone, I've a problem with my underbite since i was born.My bottom chin is bigger and on front while it suppose to be at back.While it effects my physical appearance,it also effects my social life.I don't usually go outside(even my university lessons) and became antisocial because of that.I finally decided to have a surgery but the doctor said after a limited age this surgery can not be made by the insurance.So i need to have the surgery without insurance.I have saved a little money by working part-time in different places but they are not enough.I hope you can help me change my life.Thank you already.
