Need help with my education

I meesed up and lost the money I need to pay further for my uni education.

Some backstory. I study in a university in the capital of Bulgaria - Sofia. My family lives in a nearby town (2h by train) so I go home during the weekends.

About a month ago I had just arrived by train in Sofia. It was late and I was in the train station trying to think of a way to reach my dorm. It was either a taxi or an app that lets you rent an electric car. The rental car was a cheaper option so I chose that. I had used the service before and had no trouble with it.

So I rented the car and reached my dorm. I thought everything went as usual. I was wrong. Two days later I got a phone call from the rental company. They accused me of damaging the rim of the car. I was shocked. I knew It wasn't me. They said I can either admit guilt and pay 100 euro fine or just pay the repair cost of 300 euro. I said I need some time to decide (since I did not want to admit guilt about something I haven't done). While I was thinking it over with my dad I got an email with a fine. They had automatically withdrawn 100 euro from my card. I was mad about it and consulted a lawyer friend but he said it is probably now worth it to fight. I thought since they took the money, that was it, and forgot about it. Today (02.02.18) I got an email with a receipt for a 100 euro fine AND 300 euro repair cost.

It is the beginning of a new uni semester and that money I would've used to pay for it and pay for my dorm. Now I don't have the money.

I never faced the "real" world until now. I never thought this sort of thing can happen. Having to pay for something I didn't do. I am a first year student. I tried to find a job to pay the costs but nobody needs a first time uni student. I am also limited by the schedule for uni. I can't take a loan since I have no income. I can't ask my parents for money since they are not in a good financial situation themselves. I tried offering freelance work but I don't have any experience or useful skills.

I really want to continue my education. I am studying automation and data controlled machines. I love my studies. The reason I chose it it's because I've used micro controllers when in high school and I liked it a lot.
